What’s new in the HPN & SHL app

We continue to improve our mobile app features and experience.

Biometric features, including Face ID for iOS and Touch ID for Android, are now available. These options need to be activated in the app settings before they can be accessed through the profile menu.
Individual and family plan members now have mobile bill pay to view and pay their plan premium in the app.
