No Bake, Energy Bites
This no-bake recipe is easy to make, super customizable and delicious for kids and adults.
Brewer’s yeast is quite high in a lot of nutrients, especially B-vitamins, great for energy! The oats and flaxseeds are both great sources of fiber.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the oats, brewer’s yeast, and the flaxseed. Mix in the honey, peanut butter, vanilla, and coconut oil. Fold in the chocolate chips. Press and roll into balls. Enjoy!
Notes
- Use cooking spray to coat your hands before rolling into balls.
- Will keep for up to two weeks in a sealed container in the fridge.
- You can freeze for up to 5 months. Thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes or in the fridge overnight.
