Riccotta and Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
- ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup part-skim ricotta
- ¼ cup berries
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Combine yogurt and ricotta in a bowl. Top with berries, almonds and chia seeds.
