How to pay your premium

If you’re an individual plan member, your monthly premium (the amount you pay for your health plan coverage) is due on the first day of the month. You may make a premium payment in our app, online, over the phone or by mail.

Download the app and sign in.

Pay your premium online.

Visit the online member center and sign in.

Pay your premium by phone.

Call 1-855-697-9512. Have your health plan ID card ready with the first nine digits of your member number.

Pay your premium by mail.

Write your group and subscriber ID on your check. Then mail your check payable to

P.O. Box 749546
Los Angeles, CA 90074-9546.

Returned checks or checks that can’t be cashed will not be considered payment.

 

Remember, this information only applies to individual plan members. If you receive health insurance coverage through your employer, most likely, your contribution (if applicable) is deducted from your paycheck.
